会记录哪些信息
你在 App 里填写和产生的内容：开始不抽烟的时间、以前抽什么和抽多少、价格；每次「换口气」的分数、场景和用的办法；没撑住的记录和留给自己的话；呼吸练习；「如果…就…」计划；日记、写下的话和录音；你自己记的体重和运动；睡眠和心情；饭局计划；你自己加的时刻；以及你的设置。
其中，抽烟习惯、想抽的记录、体重这类信息属于健康类的敏感个人信息，App 会单独征求你的同意。
用来做什么
只用来在这台手机上算出你的变化：天数、省下的钱、身体在发生什么、你的规律，以及在你想抽的时候给你看合适的办法。不做广告，不做画像，不卖给任何人。
存在哪、存多久
存在这台手机里换口气自己的文件夹，会跟着 iPhone 的备份一起备份；体重和运动记录单独存放，不进 iCloud 备份。删除 App 或在「我 › 清除全部数据」里清除，就全部删除了。「导出一份副本」生成的文件放在「文件」App 里，由你自己保管。
系统权限
麦克风只在你录音时才会请求，录音只存在手机上；日记的语音转文字只在本机进行。通知只在你打开「提醒」后才会请求，全部在手机上安排。Apple 健康只在你同意后读取，只在屏幕上显示，不保存、不上传。不使用定位、相册、通讯录。
第三方
没有接入任何第三方统计、广告或登录服务，也不会把你的信息发给任何第三方。App Store 付款由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策；我们不会收到你的 Apple ID、银行卡或支付凭据。
你的权利
- 随时在 App 里查看和修改自己的记录。
- 在「我 › 清除全部数据」删除全部信息。
- 在「我 › 撤回同意」撤回同意，App 会清除本机数据并回到开始页。
- 有问题可以写信到 support@dotlineplan.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。
未成年人
换口气面向 18 岁及以上用户，不面向未成年人提供服务，也不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。
政策更新
政策有变化时，App 会在你下次打开时提示你重新阅读并同意。如果以后要把任何数据发到服务器，我们会先更新本政策，并且只在你单独同意后才开始。
What is recorded
What you enter and create in the app: your quit date, what and how much you used to smoke, prices; the score, situation and move for each BreathSwap; slips and notes to yourself; breathing practice; if–then plans; journal entries, notes and recordings; weight and exercise you log; sleep and mood; event plans; moments you add; and your settings.
Smoking habits, cravings and weight are sensitive health information, so the app asks for your separate consent.
What it's used for
Only to work out your progress on this phone: your days, the money you've saved, what your body is doing, your patterns, and the right move to show you when a craving hits. No ads, no profiling, never sold to anyone.
Where it's stored and for how long
In BreathSwap's own folder on this phone, included in your iPhone backup. Weight and exercise records are kept separately and are not included in iCloud backup. Deleting the app, or using Me › Erase all data, deletes everything. Files you create with Export a copy go to the Files app and are yours to keep.
System permissions
The microphone is requested only when you record, and recordings stay on the phone; journal speech-to-text runs on-device only. Notifications are requested only when you turn on reminders, and are scheduled on the phone. Apple Health is read only after you agree, shown on screen only, never saved or uploaded. No location, photos or contacts.
Third parties
We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising or sign-in services, and never send your information to third parties. Apple processes App Store payments under Apple's privacy policy; we never receive your Apple ID, bank card or payment credentials.
Your rights
- View and edit your records in the app at any time.
- Delete everything in Me › Erase all data.
- Withdraw consent in Me › Withdraw consent; the app clears data on this phone and returns to the start.

Children
BreathSwap is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not direct the service to minors or knowingly collect their personal information.
Policy updates
When this policy changes, the app asks you to read and agree again the next time you open it. If we ever send any data to a server, we will update this policy first and start only after your separate consent.
